Meet Hannah.

She is a client of mine who first reached out, struggling with a common challenge that almost everyone on a weight loss journey faces.
She had tried intermittent fasting and hitting the gym for over 2 months, managed to lose 5kgs, but the problem came in where:
As much as she was losing weight, her body remained the same. Especially her tummy, which she made it clear to me severally that she wants it gone!
So, eventually, she found my content and reached out to me asking if I could help her with this.

In her exact words, "Hop my tummy itaisha," to which I responded, "Most definitely will. If you follow the nutritional guidelines that my mealplans come with, your body will correct its systems to help you not only lose the excess body fat, but also maintain the new body."
And as you can see in the photo I've shared with you, she not only lost more weight in 5 weeks through my mealplans than she did with 2 months hitting the gym and fasting a lot, but also, she maintained her good features and her body shape got even more enhanced!
She looks great in comparison.
Hannah is proof that a good weight loss diet is enough to make you lose that stubborn belly fat without affecting any other parts of your body, if you want to keep your good features.

Not to mention how much younger a good weight loss diet can make you look.
You just have to do the right thing!
And the right thing is not what I say is right, or what another coach or someone trying to lose weight says is right.
But rather, the right thing is something comfortable, simple, and that doesn't mentally stress you like most strict diets do.
Something that your body itself reassures you that you're doing the right thing by how light you'll feel, without any uncomfortable long-term symptoms like hunger pangs, nausea and cravings.
Something that makes you look younger, healthier and more content than older, more stressed, just thinner.
Something that preserves your good features once all the excess fat is gone.
And that is what my meal plans are all about.
Not just to tell you what to eat and when to eat it, but also how to learn to listen to your body while working with a practical diet that, for example, allows you to work with carbs and wheat rather than avoiding them completely.
Not only do you get to lose incredible weight and body fat, but you also learn how to have a healthier and freer relationship with food, and this is how you get to effortlessly maintain your progress no matter the time of year, cycle or routine changes.

Because you're always eating, ever since you were born, and will keep eating all your life, so why not just learn how to do it right?
