I Get It

As someone who is big on treating others as I would have them treat me, I value authenticity and practicality, and that’s exactly what I extend to everyone who follows my work.

I know that losing weight is hard... and lonely. Especially if you’ve been overweight for a long time, you quickly realize how people are so quick to judge, body shame, talk behind your back, and look down on you because of this one thing. At the end of the day, no one else actually cares about your weight loss journey like you do.

The backhanded comments about your appearance, the unsolicited advice—“just eat less” or “just work out”—like you haven’t already tried that, can be frustrating and hurtful. And when unhealthy eating habits stem from a cycle of stress, these remarks don’t help. They only make things worse.

How I Got Here

Before launching my brand, I worked at a healthcare company specializing in weight loss, skincare, and natural health products designed to help with inflammatory diseases and degenerative conditions. As a Regional Sales Manager, Head of Sales and Marketing, and Digital Marketing Trainer, I led market expansion across multiple countries and recruited and mentored more than 550 sales representatives in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Ghana, South Sudan, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia. I also managed a team of 30 leaders, helping them grow in leadership and business development.

During my time there, I conducted extensive research on the company’s products, creating blogs, videos, and educational content that explained their benefits and practical applications. I worked with clients dealing with high blood pressure, diabetes, fibroids, ovarian cysts, arthritis, and skin conditions like acne—some of the most notable conditions I encountered.

Beyond weight loss, I also helped women balance their hormones and mothers improve their nutrition during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and even menopause—dramatically enhancing their health, overall well-being, and recovery. Seeing these transformations firsthand further reinforced the importance of nutrition as the foundation of health, which led me to dig even deeper into this field.

While I valued the innovation behind the products I worked with, I began to notice a pattern. My clients consistently healed faster and lost weight more effectively than others. Over time, I realized the key difference was my background in Biology and Chemistry, which allowed me to provide personalized advice and aftersales support. By helping clients adjust their lifestyle and dietary habits in a way that fit their needs, I saw better and longer-lasting results. Unlike one-size-fits-all solutions, I combined scientific knowledge with an intuitive, client-centred approach, ensuring that the changes felt natural and sustainable.

This insight led me to launch Jordan Sifuna in 2022. Things really picked up in late 2023 when I started sharing my knowledge in diet and weight loss groups on Facebook. People began calling on my advice and asking for guidance, and the demand just kept growing. Over time, my reach expanded, and those same people who first came to me for help became the foundation of my growing brand.

Now, my content reaches hundreds of thousands of people, and I have an ever-growing following of 40,000+ across all platforms. And through it all, I’ve kept my message simple and intuitive—because weight loss doesn’t have to be complicated.

My Approach

I know firsthand how difficult it is to make eating well a priority. That’s why I’ve dedicated my little corner of the internet to creating practical, sustainable ways for you to achieve your dream body while still eating real food—food you can feel good about feeding yourself and your family.

In my experience, the secret to successful weight loss is NOT about:

✖ Cutting out entire food groups like carbs (keto/banting)
✖ Eating fancy, expensive foods or relying on supplements
✖ Forcing yourself into a workout routine you don’t enjoy

No, it’s about structure. A system that works with the food available to you, making small but powerful changes that naturally fit into your life. A simple, tried-and-tested weight loss path that’s enjoyable and actually works—one that makes it easy to turn weight loss into a lifestyle.
