MEAL PLANS
My meal plans are 5-week extendable timetables (once you are through with your first 5 weeks, you can either renew the same 5 weeks or explore a new plan) designed to provide structure to your diet while giving you ample time to develop practical, sustainable cooking and eating habits.
Furthermore, my meal plans are beautiful.
I know, very humble of me.
They are made in a design that I feel would be most fit for you so as to immerse you into the journey and experience.
How They Work
Get An
Immersive and Educative Experience
Getting results? That’s the easy part. So to keep things fun, I make sure my meal plans feel more like an adventure than a diet!
The meal plans are designed to create an interactive experience so that you understand why you're eating the way you're eating.
This allows you to learn how to work with alternatives as well as to create a sustainable, flexible and practical diet that just makes sense.
Each meal plan includes nutritional guidelines that teach you about nutrition, food portioning, and better cooking habits. To help you apply this, you’ll also get recipes and meal ideas that inspire you to make eating right a natural part of your lifestyle.
You therefore get to always know what to prioritise when eating, cooking and shopping for food.

Learn How to
Reasonably Portion Food

I won’t lie—food is delicious—especially those carbs they keep warning us about. But let’s be real, there’s some truth to it.
We’ve all been there—you indulge, and the next thing you know, you’re bloated, fatigued, constipated, or battling heartburn.
But that doesn’t mean we should cut out all carbs or start believing that all sugar is bad. That kind of thinking makes us fear food, creating an unhealthy relationship with it.
Instead, I take the time to teach you smart ways to enjoy the foods you love without compromising on taste or your weight loss goals. I believe in working with carbs, not against them.
This approach creates a practical, sustainable diet—one your family can enjoy, that fits into your lifestyle, and that lets you eat to your fill without the fear of whether what you're eating is messing up with your goals or not.

Use
Accessible Readily Available Ingredients
Yes, the meal plans use only simple, locally available meals and ingredients—you know, the ones you can actually find at your market or supermarket.
Just a practical, no-nonsense diet that actually makes sense as you build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
Learn How to Cultivate a
Diet That What Works For You

I design my meal plans to help you discover what truly works for you.
Throughout the weeks, you’ll experience different eating patterns, recipes, and meal ideas—giving you the chance to explore and adapt.
Over time, you’ll naturally gravitate toward what makes you feel your best, the recipes you enjoy the most, and the eating patterns that make you love your new way of life.
And that kind of power over your health and body? That’s a game-changer.

Finally, Choose The
Meal Plan You Want
-
The first option is a Standard, Ready-to-Use Meal Plan—a structured 5-week timetable that’s already designed for you. Perfect if you want a straightforward, well-balanced plan to follow right away.
-
The second option is a Personalized Meal Plan—also a 5-week timetable, but customized specifically for you after an online consultation. This consultation is done through an online form that gathers key details about:
-
Your body – This includes factors like how much body fat you have, your problem areas, how your health has been affected (if at all), and the state of your hormones, so that I can design a meal plan your body will respond to best.
-
Your lifestyle, nature of work, and routine – Whether you sit a lot at work, work night shifts, leave home early and come home late, have frequent work trips, eat out often, or are a stay-at-home parent, I will personalize a plan that is easy for you to adapt to in a way that’s sustainable and practical.
-
Your current eating habits & food preferences – This allows me to fit your current diet into the meal plan while easing you toward better choices in a comfortable way. I also take into account food allergies and dietary preferences, such as if you follow keto, intermittent fasting, or any other approach.
-
Any other relevant factors – If there’s anything important you’d like the meal plan to consider, for example, that you're pregnant or breastfeeding, I’ll make sure it’s tailored to fit your needs in a way that’s practical and effective for you.
Whether you choose the Standard or Personalized Meal Plan, after 5 weeks, you can renew the same plan or explore a different 5-week plan with new eating patterns for a fresh and exciting experience.
Once the five weeks are up, I encourage you to keep the momentum going—whether by continuing with your current meal plan or exploring a new five-week plan for a fresh and exciting experience.

How My Meal Plans Have Changed Lives
Chances are, if you landed here on this page, you’re looking to get a meal plan!
I’m always looking for Dream Clients to work with. If that's you, let's have a little chat...
So, one day you woke up and found yourself like this:

The "fat" friend in the group😞:

Your self-esteem is lowered.
Your confidence is shattered.
You no longer can wear what you want because of how most clothes make you look.
You have maybe experienced people body shaming you.
Your kids are calling you fat.
Everyone has suddenly become a nutritionist and fitness expert, giving you random and unsolicited advice about how to lose weight: "If I was you, I wouldn't be eating that/like that. You know breakfast is bad for you. I can't believe you still eat wheat, I thought you're trying to lose weight?!" etc etc
Your doctor has given you one of those "If you don't work on your weight...da da da," threats. (I know they're not threats 😅, but they do sound like it).
You've started feeling like your weight is hurting your relationship, or you have started noticing the subtle despise and dissatisfaction from your spouse — sorry if this is happening.
And if you're single, you're:

So you decided that it's time you got serious.
That it's time you "Got your body back" or "Fixed your health" for this or that reason — any of these sound familiar?
And for a while, your weight loss journey looked something like this:

You were avoiding the "hard" things such as dieting and exercising because you feared being forced to starve, to avoid your favourite snacks and those wheat products you eat like there's no tomorrow, and needing to force your body to exercise hard even when sore, tired or not in the mood.
But, eventually, you found yourself needing to do either of the above if you were to make real change.
Some of you ran to exercising (HIIT and Morning Tabata! Hehe), or the gym. While many of you ran to dieting, following any piece of advice or diet trend, IF, keto, batting and all that, that you have been coming across online.
And we have had all kinds of experiences with that...

You eventually settled for dieting because the idea of working out is just tiring, even mentally, and you feel like it would be nice if you could lose weight without needing to work out too hard, or at all.
But dieting has had its own troubles.
When dieting, you have been introduced to extreme diets that, deep down, you know are not practical or sustainable, but you have to try because "You have to be disciplined" or because the fear of being told, "Wewe you're just not serious," pushes you.
You have tried and tried, sometimes making progress only to mess it all up in the evening or the weekend...

The next morning after you fail, or on Monday after you said you would start "On Monday," you wake up, trying to get back on track, and it all just feels like:

The diet isn't enjoyable, uses ingredients that are hard to find, and the discomfort you experience when you get hunger pangs, nausea, consistent headaches, and body weakness that you're told are normal or "Part of the process" make you hate it more and more without realising it.
Then comes this all-too-familiar trend:
%20(2).jpeg)
And "tomorrow" turns into "Next week" or the popular "On Monday."
"For a fresh start."
That too, turns into "I'll start my diet Next month."
"I'll start next month" becomes, "It's already the holidays, let me start after Christmas, when there are no distractions."
This then becomes, "I will start my weight loss in the new year," and starting in the new year becomes, "When the kids go back to school."
And so on and so forth.
The unending cycle.
In these periods where you're actively postponing your progress and your dream body and health, you comfort yourself by telling yourself that it's okay to go back to your old ways, back to one of the loves of your life, FOOD...

...because, "I'm just eating these for now, hata ziishe (to just get rid of them), then Monday I start afresh!... So it's okay."
Well...
The struggle is real, as they say.
And I get it.
Other than you, I’m probably the only other person in your world who not only understands what your struggle with losing weight and getting healthy is like but also cares enough to help and even create an entire service dedicated and designed to benefit you.

Some of the Incredible Lives Touched by My Meal Plans
Information You Might Need
Can I follow these meal plans if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
There’s truly no better time to focus on what you eat than during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or recovery after a C-section.
As a matter of fact, most of my testimonials are from people who have worked with me through these times!
Your body is doing extraordinary things—creating and sustaining life—and it deserves the right support at every stage.
During pregnancy, your body is working hard to nurture your baby, and the meals you choose directly impact both your health and your baby’s development. Proper nutrition can help reduce common pregnancy discomforts, balance your hormones, and provide the energy and strength needed for the changes you're experiencing.
When you're breastfeeding, the need for good nutrition continues. You’re still nourishing your little one, and your body requires ongoing support to stay strong, balance hormones, and recover from the physical demands of motherhood. That’s where my meal plans come in. They’re designed to nourish both you and your baby—helping you feel energized, healthy, and empowered during this crucial time.
For C-section moms, recovery can be more challenging, especially when it comes to losing weight and body fat, particularly around the belly area. But the good news is that my meal plans are designed to help with that. My meal plans are specifically designed to support recovery, healing, and overall well-being. They focus on nutrient-dense, healing foods that help your body recover more effectively, support natural healing, and regain strength—without the stress of restrictive dieting. My meal plans help you get back to your best self while honoring the need for healing after a C-section.
Whether you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or recovering from a C-section, my meal plans are here to support you.
I don’t want to spend a lot of money on food. Will this work for me?
Absolutely! My meal plans use affordable, everyday ingredients you can find locally. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be expensive—it’s about making smart food choices with what’s already available to you.
Can my family eat the same meals as me?
Yes! My clients frequently tell me that their whole family enjoys the meals just as much as they do. The meal plans are designed to be delicious, balanced, and family-friendly, so you don’t have to cook separate meals for yourself and your loved ones.
Do I need to exercise to see results?
No! You can experience incredible and fast results through food alone. While movement is great for overall health, your diet is the biggest factor in weight loss and wellness. These meal plans ensure that you’re nourishing your body in a way that naturally supports your goals—without needing a workout routine.
Will these meal plans help with my health issues?
Many of my clients have experienced improvements in their digestion, energy levels, and overall health simply by following a balanced, nourishing meal plan. Food plays a powerful role in healing the body and addressing common issues like bloating, sluggishness, and hormonal imbalances. If you have specific concerns, I can help tailor your approach to better support your needs.
Okay, there you have it!
Those are the options to dive a little deeper with me regarding my meal plans.
