Is It A Good Thing To Be Fat?

If you've been doing any kind of exercise or trying to follow any kind of good diet.


Even if it means that you were trying as you fail.


Remember that, at least you've been doing something.


The truth is that you are healthier than most people.


As much as you've failed on your diets and workouts over and over.


As much as there's someone else who doesn't gain weight no matter what they eat and therefore they never bother to adopt healthy habits.


For them, when it comes to finding out that they're sick or unhealthy because of a lifestyle disease or their poor lifestyle and diet choices.


It's often too late.


You are healthier.

You know more about taking care of yourself and have a higher chance at a longer and healthier life.


Weight loss isn't a curse.


It's a blessing in disguise.


It's an opportunity to learn things you wouldn't have otherwise bothered to learn until it's too late.


Don't skip the lessons.


If you do and "force" yourself to lose weight through pills, surgery and ridiculous diets, it will all come back.


Because you can't skip lessons without consequences.


Life will make you repeat the class.


Life we have you gain all the weight back.


So that you can learn what it needs to teach you.


So enjoy the journey.

Embrace the person you have to become to achieve your dream body.
