"Why Do I Gain Weight Easily While Some People Never Get Fat No Matter How They Eat?"

Every fat person has a friend who eats anything but never gains any weight or fat.

Why do I gain weight easily while some people hardly ever gain any weight?

What we don't realise is this.


Just because they're not getting fat, doesn't mean they're not unhealthy.


The same lifestyle that can make one person obese will also make them likely to suffer from health problems such as high blood pressure and diabetes.


When 'that' lifestyle is lived by someone who can't get fat or obese no matter what they eat, it will still make them suffer from these health problems.


The problem is.


They often discover it too late.


Because they never bothered to work on their health since what was happening on the inside wasn't showing on the outside.


Like it is for you.


So be grateful, as weird as it sounds.


You are healthier and more fit than most people.


And have a better chance at a longer life because AT LEAST you've been trying to do something for your health, weight, body...and yourself.


Even if you've been failing and falling many times.


You've been making progress.


Which has and will improve the overall quality of your life.


You've felt better after exercising even though you keep stopping and coming back, "this time I'm serious," a hundred time.


You've felt the change in your body, mood, sleep, energy, the health of your skin etc because you tried out all kinds of diets that you failed.


At least you've been trying and you can be sure it has helped.


Somewhere, somehow.


So keep going, my friend.


The knowledge and discipline from all those attempts will put you in a better place when the perfect sustainable diet and or routine comes along your path.


You will welcome it with wide arms as it is what you've been waiting for all along as it finds you where you were at least trying.


Your quality of life will improve.


Your health will be sustained well.


How you experience life in that body that can wear anything and make it look good will boost your mood and confidence.


Knowing that your health is at a good place.


All that.


While someone who hasn't needed to "struggle" like you have will likely find out too late that they should have been there with you trying to stay healthy, eat right, go for that walk or exercise...even if they weren't getting fat.


So yeah, being fat has been a blessing all along.


And you are, or rather, will be, in a better place because of it.


Besides, (this holds true mostly for women), once you've lost the excess fat, your dream body unveils itself...it's already there!


You don't have to, for example, build on your breasts or bum since you probably already have them how you'd want them, all you have to do is just curve them out.
